Shipping Rates

Our delivery rates are based on the order's weight and delivery destination. 

Domestic Orders - under 700g

All orders under 700g are packaged in a soft-plastic recyclable heated proof insulation pouch. They are delivered using NZ Post.

Rural Delivery	+ $4.00

Domestic Orders - over 700g

We offer two domestic shipping options. Both orders are track and trace and require signature delivery. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination. 

Nationwide Express Courier

This courier service uses CourierPost. All orders are heatwrapped and we can send up to 6.2kg per parcel, and up to 16kg per order. These orders are wrapped and boxed for delivery. These rates are calculated based on weight and destination of delivery.

We provide shipping rates up to an order of 16kg (20 giftboxes) however if you would like to purchase a larger quantity, please contact us. 

NZ Post Nationwide Express

For some order weights and destinations, we can offer an affordable NZ Post rate of $5.99 nationwide. These orders are packaged in compostable or recyclable insulated courier bags.

We recommend selecting heatwrapped options wherever possible. 

International Orders

Our international shipping rates (via NZ Post) are calculated on a parcel + per kg, and on a weight bases. We currently only offer international shipping to Australia.

We offer Economy Tracked, and Courier Select shipping options for up to 2kg and minimum charge is 0.8kg. Shipping is calculated in 250g increments. 

We offer Economy PLUS for orders between 2kg and 6.2kg
